YAAYA Terms & Safety Guidelines

■ Enjoy Safely

Natural trails can be slippery and uneven.
Please watch your step and walk at a comfortable pace.

If you feel unwell or need a restroom break, let your guide know immediately.
We can switch to vehicle support during the tour and resume walking later.

If bees approach, do not wave your hands—stay calm and move away slowly.
Wearing bright-colored clothing is recommended.

While driving, please do not put your hands or face outside the window.
Stay on the path and do not lean over railings or barriers.

For your safety, please follow your guide’s instructions.
Let’s take our time and enjoy nature.

■ Natural Environment

Tours take place in forests and coastal areas.
There are natural risks such as uneven ground, heat, insects, and possible slips or falls.

■ Health Condition

If you have any health concerns, please inform us in advance.
We may refuse or stop participation if safety cannot be ensured.

■ Recommended Clothing & Items

  • Walking shoes (sneakers)

  • Long pants

  • Long-sleeved shirt (bright colors recommended)

  • Hat

  • Water / sports drinks

  • Light lunch (optional)

  • Rain gear (tours operate in light rain)

  • Insect repellent

■ Changes & Cancellation

Tours may be changed or canceled due to weather or safety conditions.

General Policy

  • Weather Warning → Tour canceled

  • Weather Advisory → Decision based on conditions

Tours will be canceled in case of:

  • Heavy rain warning

  • Strong wind warning

  • High wave warning (coastal courses)

  • Flood warning (river areas)

May be canceled even under advisory if:

  • Wind forecast exceeds 10 m/s

  • Heavy rain exceeds 20 mm/hour

  • High risk of lightning

Tours may proceed in cases such as:

  • Dry weather advisory

  • Fog (if visibility is safe)

  • Wave advisory (forest courses)

■ Responsibility

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items caused by natural conditions,
except in cases of gross negligence.

■ Valuables

Please take care of your own valuables.

■ Photos

Photos taken during the tour may be used on our website or promotional materials.
Please inform us in advance if you prefer not to be photographed.
